From my experience, the apartments are nice and in a good area. The reason why I am giving it two stars is because of the management. They never answer emails or phone calls and tend to brush off any complaints. The quality of the place is great I just wish the would get better people to deal with the costumer service as they severely lack in making their costumers the top priority. Even if you leave a message on their phone, they rarely get back to you or if you send several emails. Again, the apartment complex’s are gorgeous, they just need to work on their costumer service as it played a huge role in my overall experience.

Everything in my apartment is high quality! From the doors to the paint and the doors, the quarter round on the trim is actually put on right and all the appliances are pretty much new! Also the flooring is amazing quality. Management in office were amazing to me and autumn helped so much! Everything g was really clean when I moved in ❤️ the property is quiet and everyone I’ve came across is very nice. Gym is also pretty neat. I love the kitchen set up and the backsplash on the wall, also the counter tops are so pretty and cabinets are well taken care of… no complaints here

The community has a lot of flaws. In the winter the apartments pipes burst hence the higher rental insurance, trash is always on porches throughout the day which makes it embarrassing to bring company. The interior is fine as well as management but for the price I pay it needs more care, more Amenities

Truly wish I could give a 0. Absolutely the most incompetent property management un-professionals I’ve ever encountered…& I’ve worked onsite holding industry credentials for 7+ years. KEEP PERSONAL RECORD & PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING!!!! Your apartment will flood. Multiple times. Staff is useless. Maintenance takes forever to come out. We had 3 holes in our ceilings for 10 mo the until we finally got someone to come out. Rhonda knows nothing, best she can do is tell you that she’ll pass your message along lol we saw 3-4 property managers in the 3.5 years we lived here. Good luck ever getting anyone to answer the phone. The regional manager, Gina Lampe, is just about as unhelpful as the onsite team. They hire staff based on nepotism (Abby & Autumn Wittenmeier). Former manager, Emily, was a strung out hot mess. There’s literally SO many better options in Murfreesboro. Save your time & money!!

Rates here are outrageous compared to other properties with more space & more amenities etc. Merchants walk do not have a pool nor playground. Nothing is included . The apartment are way smaller than the other apartments in the area yet they are the most expensive ones . There are not security measures here . Don’t think it’s worth it .
