Having lived in nearly a dozen apartments, Merchants Walk is truly unique in that it is the one place I've lived that is constantly making this complex a better place to live and consistently shows that they actively care about the community that lives here. The people in the front office are as much our neighbors as anyone living here and it is a pleasure to have been here the last 5 years

It is a very nice apartment complex. My refrigerator stopped working and the Maintenance Team Mr. Shirwan Hussein got me back up in running in no time really with his fast responses time.

Iâve lived here for around 5 months and can honestly say I regret picking this apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful I love the layout and it was in good condition of cleanliness when I moved in unlike other apartments. The issue I have is with the people who live here. Dog poop is scattered all over the property from lazy dog owners who have large dogs in these apartments itâs embarrassing to walk around the complex and see so many piles of crap. Thereâs 3 doggie poop stations with fee bags and still poop is all over. Not to mention the bio hazard of the âdog parkâ. Forget about sleeping too unless youâre on the third floor because people here love to blare music and stomp to their heartâs content from 11pm-4am so good luck if youâre employed. Iâm literally writing this as my neighbors are keeping me awake per usual at 3:18am.

From my experience, the apartments are nice and in a good area. The reason why I am giving it two stars is because of the management. They never answer emails or phone calls and tend to brush off any complaints. The quality of the place is great I just wish the would get better people to deal with the costumer service as they severely lack in making their costumers the top priority. Even if you leave a message on their phone, they rarely get back to you or if you send several emails. Again, the apartment complexâs are gorgeous, they just need to work on their costumer service as it played a huge role in my overall experience.

Everything in my apartment is high quality! From the doors to the paint and the doors, the quarter round on the trim is actually put on right and all the appliances are pretty much new! Also the flooring is amazing quality. Management in office were amazing to me and autumn helped so much! Everything g was really clean when I moved in â¤ï¸ the property is quiet and everyone Iâve came across is very nice. Gym is also pretty neat. I love the kitchen set up and the backsplash on the wall, also the counter tops are so pretty and cabinets are well taken care ofâ¦ no complaints here

This community is smaller but that's what makes it so nice and peaceful and the office team is great, especially Autumn.

The community has a lot of flaws. In the winter the apartments pipes burst hence the higher rental insurance, trash is always on porches throughout the day which makes it embarrassing to bring company. The interior is fine as well as management but for the price I pay it needs more care, more Amenities
