Abby was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and made the entire tour, easy and stress free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and generally cared about helping me find the right apartment. Having lived in nearly a dozen apartments, Merchants Walk is truly unique in that it is the one place I've lived that is constantly making this complex a better place to live and consistently shows that they actively care about the community that lives here. The people in the front office are as much our neighbors as anyone living here and it is a pleasure to have been here the last 5 years

It is a very nice apartment complex. My refrigerator stopped working and the Maintenance Team Mr. Shirwan Hussein got me back up in running in no time really with his fast responses time.

I’ve lived here for around 5 months and can honestly say I regret picking this apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful I love the layout and it was in good condition of cleanliness when I moved in unlike other apartments. The issue I have is with the people who live here. Dog poop is scattered all over the property from lazy dog owners who have large dogs in these apartments it’s embarrassing to walk around the complex and see so many piles of crap. There’s 3 doggie poop stations with fee bags and still poop is all over. Not to mention the bio hazard of the “dog park”. Forget about sleeping too unless you’re on the third floor because people here love to blare music and stomp to their heart’s content from 11pm-4am so good luck if you’re employed. I’m literally writing this as my neighbors are keeping me awake per usual at 3:18am.
